In this post we show you how to unlock a Program in the Livy Method App after you've purchased it on GinaLivy.com/Shop, whether or not it's your First Program or your Second or Third Program.
Unlocking your First Program
Once you have created your Account, you will be taken to the Programs screen to unlock the Program you purchased.
1. Select the Program you have purchased
This will navigate you to the screen to input your Access Code.
2. Input your 7-letter Access Code and tap "Unlock Program"
You would have received this code via email after purchasing the Program. If you don't have it, please see our post on How to Recover Your Access Code.
Once you redeem the Access Code, the Program will unlock and you will be able to view the Pre-Prep Week checklist and Program Countdown screen.
Unlocking Your Second or Third Program
If you've already used the Livy Method App for a Program, unlocking your next Program works a bit differently:
1. Tap on the Journey tab
2. Tap on the Program you want to unlock under the "Upcoming Programs" section
3. Input your 7-letter Access Code and tap "Unlock Program"
You would have received this code via email after purchasing the program. If you don't have it, please see our post on How to Recover your Access Code.
Once you redeem the Access Code, the program will unlock and you will be able to view the Pre-Prep Week checklist and Countdown screen.
Note: Once the first day of the Program arrives, the Program will automatically start in the Livy Method App. It will change from General Tracking mode back to Program mode and you will start to use the "Mark Day Complete" button each day.
