This is an online program, so nothing is physically mailed out. You can join the Facebook support group (a Facebook account is required to join the Facebook support group), where all the information is posted daily, and you get supported by our fantastic team of Program Specialists. They are there to answer any questions you may have. 
 
You can also follow the Program using our Livy Method app, which is included with the Program purchase. The app allows you to access all the content except Live segments or guest appearances. The app can be a great tool as you go through the Program by enabling you to track your weight, fluid intake, exercise, sleep, and mood. Also included with the app is the ability to ask Program-related questions to our LivyAI tool. Using the same technology as ChatGTP, members can get answers about the Program from our AI assistant. The app is available for the duration of the 91-day Program and can be used between groups as a general tracking app (note: LivyAI is only available during the Program's 91 day duration and is not available in general tracking mode).
 
The app will allow members to watch Gina’s daily check-in videos and read all the daily posts released daily. Additional features of the app include:
Weight, water, movement, and sleep tracking with charts and graphs to help you monitor your progress and how your body responds to changes as you complete the Program day to day
Easy access to Gina’s daily check-in videos and access to all daily posts
Links to Gina’s podcast episodes
Journal to track your daily intentions and reflect on your journey
Meal components section that allows members to write notes about each meal while indicating which meal components were successfully eaten
Set notification reminders to drink water or eat meals and snacks
Get answers to your questions about the Program from our new LivyAI assistant
And many other features!

You are choosing to follow the Program of your own volition and with the understanding that consulting your doctor should always be your first choice when it comes to your health and wellness. Please note that because Weight Loss by Gina is not a medical organization, we cannot meet the needs of those with eating disorders. For this reason, those with a current medical diagnosis of an eating disorder are not eligible for membership in our Programs.
 
You also agree that at any given time when participating online, you may be suspended or removed from the Support Group for any behavior that is disruptive to the Group or in violation of Group rules.
 
Trademark and Copyright laws are in full effect for any information or material reviewed on the website, sent out by email, or viewed in any group, social media platforms, or app.
 
Refund Policy:
Due to the Individual and informative nature of the Program, which makes accountability a key element, refunds will not be given for any reason.
 
What you need to know about this purchase:
After purchasing the Program, you should receive 3 emails (Nothing is physically shipped out):
An email confirming your purchase 
An email containing your 7 letter access code and important details about how to access the Facebook support group and the Livy Method app
An email receipt from either Stripe or Paypal depending on your method of purchase 
 
No Program information will be given out before the start date. The Program allocates time to gather and get anything you may need. The Program works best with the Group starting on the same day and moving forward together.
