How to Choose your Journal Habits

In this article we'll cover how to choose your Journal Habits:

  • While Setting Up the App for your First Program

  • Once you've Started your First Program



While Setting up the App for your First Program


After you've unlocked your Program, choosing your Journal Habits is another step available on the Program Countdown screen:


1. Tap on "Customize Journal"


2. Select which Habits you'd like to track using the toggle switches.


By default, all Habits are toggled on. We recommend that you track all of the Journal Habits during the Program. If you find you aren't using one of them, you can edit these settings once you've started your First Program.



Once you've Started your First Program


You can customize your Journal Habits at any time:


1. Tap the triple-dot menu on the Journal screen


2. Tap "Edit Journal"


3. Select which Habits you'd like to track using the toggle switches.


Anything that is toggled on will appear on your daily Journal screen.
