What is the Maintenance Program and how does it work?

It’s a 91-day guided process that helps you solidify the weight you’ve lost, build lasting habits, and shift your mindset for long-term success. It’s all run through the Maintenance & Mindfulness Facebook support group.
Does the Maintenance Program require a similar level of commitment as the Livy Method weight loss program?

Just like our Weight Loss Program, consistency and commitment are key. Following along each day can really help to solidify your new weights and way of life. Many will find the food portion of the Maintenance program feels familiar, maybe even “easier”. The emotional element, and digging deep into your habits and behaviours, is what may feel like a new (and critical!) challenge, during Maintenance.
Do I have to start on January 6th? eg. Can I start mid-way through the M&M Program?

It is optimal to start when The Program starts. That being said, you are able to start when it works for you and work on your own timeline. All content will be stored in the weekly guides.
What happens if I can’t follow the M&M program everyday?-
We understand that life happens, and while it is ideal to try and follow each day, if there are times when you are behind, you can pick up where you left off to complete all 91 days.
