Weight Loss by Gina's Maintenance and Mindfulness Group is an online community where we discuss all things maintenance. It is an open ended group that runs year round and membership is $75 CAD, which provides ongoing access to the group.  Please see below for some FAQs on the Maintenance and Mindfulness (M&M) Group.
 
What is the Maintenance and Mindfulness Group?
The M&M group is for those who have reached their weight loss goals and want to continue the conversation around solidifying and maintaining their weight. 
The M&M group is different from the weight loss groups. It will be more discussion based vs Q&A. 
The group will dive deeper into maintenance and expand on topics related to life after weight loss
This is an ongoing group so there is no start and end date
 
Who can join the M&M Group?
Anyone who has lost their weight, reached their goal and is ready to begin solidifying their new set point and continue the conversation beyond weight loss. 
 
How much does the M&M Group cost? 
The regular price is a one time fee of $75 CAD which will grant you ongoing access to the Group and all the content
No additional costs to the program
 
Is there an app included with the M&M Group?
No, at this point, there will not be an app specifically for the M&M Group.  However, our regular Livy Method app (which was included with the purchase of the Winter 2022 and subsequent Weight Loss Programs) will be available as a general tracking app that can be used outside of the Weight Loss Programs.
 
Do I need Facebook to access the M&M Group?
Yes, a valid Facebook account is required to access the M&M group
 
How long do I have access to the Group? 
Your purchase will grant you on-going access and there is no expiry to your membership. You can stay for as long as you want and leave when you want
 
 
By Purchasing this Program you agree to the terms of the program, among which state you will in no way, shape, or form, hold Weight Loss by Gina Inc. accountable for the outcome of your experience with this Program.
 
You are choosing to follow the program on your own volition and with the understanding that consulting your doctor should always be your first choice when it comes to your health and wellness. Please note that due to the fact that Weight Loss by Gina is not a medical organization, we cannot meet the needs of those with eating disorders. For this reason, those with a current medical diagnosis of an eating disorder are not eligible for membership in our Programs.
 
You also agree that at any given time when participating online, you may be dismissed from the group for any behavior that is disruptive to the group and/or in violation of group rules.  Weight Loss by Gina Inc, reserves the right to remove any member for violations to group rules at their discretion.
 
Both Trademark and Copyright laws are in full effect for any information or material reviewed on the website, sent out by way of email, or viewed in any group, social media platforms, or app.
 
Refund Policy:
Due to the Individual and informative nature of the program, which makes accountability a key element, refunds will not be given for any reason.

After purchasing the Program, you will receive a download link that will contain a PDF file that gives detailed instructions on what you need to do to get access to the Facebook Support Group. **Download link is available for 30 days after time of purchase**
